Secretary (Board Role)
3-5 hrs/monthMaintains meetings minutes, records minority opinion, RNA correspondence, record keeping. Handles special resolutions, changes in officers, amendments to bylaws, incorporates documents. Secures seal of association if applicable.

2-4 hrs/monthHelp organize tree planting, park clean-ups, and environmental initiatives.
