It’s that time of year again! The Royalwood Neighbourhood Association is excited to invite all residents to our annual Spring Community Cleanup. Whether you’re looking to make a difference in your neighbourhood or just want to spend time with your neighbours, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved.
Event Details
When: Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Where: Meet at Royalwood Park main entrance
What to bring: A good attitude and the desire to help! We’ll provide gloves, garbage bags, grabber tools, and light refreshments.
What We’ll Be Doing
Our spring cleanup focuses on clearing litter from streets, pathways, and green spaces throughout the Royalwood neighbourhood. Teams of volunteers will spread out across our community to tackle everything from picking up debris along major corridors to clearing pathways in our parks.
The City of Winnipeg has been incredibly supportive of our efforts and will have a waste truck on-site to collect all the materials we gather. This makes the process smooth and ensures everything is disposed of responsibly.

What to Expect
This is a family-friendly event. Children are welcome, and we’ll have age-appropriate tasks available. The event is typically completed by 1:00 PM, leaving the rest of your Sunday free.
