Meeting Overview

This year’s AGM brought together over 80 residents to review the RNA’s activities from 2025, approve the 2026 budget, and elect the board for the coming year.

2025 Accomplishments

The board highlighted several significant achievements from 2025:

  • Spring Cleanup — Attracted 65+ volunteers who collected over 400 pounds of litter
  • Canada Day Celebration — Attended by approximately 200 residents and families
  • Park Improvements — Worked with the City of Winnipeg on renewed pathway lighting and landscaping
  • Community Engagement — Hosted four successful board meetings with strong resident attendance

2026 Budget Approval

Members approved the 2026 operating budget of $8,500, which will fund:

  • Community events and celebrations
  • Park maintenance and improvement initiatives
  • Board meeting logistics and administration
  • Neighbourhood communication and website maintenance
